Q: Can I get the hire kit the day before my shoot starts?
A: Yes. You can collect between 4-6pm the day before.
Q: Can I return the kit the day after my rental ends?
A: Yes. You can return the kit between 9-10:30am the morning after the last day of your hire.
Q: What do you charge for weekend hires?
A: Weekends counts as a 1 day hire. You can collect between 4-6pm on Friday and return between 9-10:30am on Monday.
Q: Do you do multi-day discounts?
A: Yes we do!
1 day = 1x
2 day = 2x
3-7 day = 3x
8 day = 4x
9 day = 5x
10-14 day = 6x
15 day = 7x
16 day = 8x
17-21 day = 9x
22 day = 10x
23 day = 11x
24-28 day = 12x
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we do! Let us know where you would need the kit delivered to/collected from and our delivery partner Crawfords will deliver the kit straight to your location. You will have to be the one collecting/returning the hire kit if this will be your first rental with us.
Q: I am on a shoot and hire kit has been wrecked or gone missing. What do I do?
A: Tell us, report to your insurance company, and we’ll take it from there.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and closed at the weekends.
Q: I am driving, is there anywhere to park?
A: You are welcome to park right in front of our office on Shacklewell Street if you only need to collect or return hire kit.
Q: Are you in the congestion zone?
A: No, we're not! : )
Q: Which tube station are you closest to?
A: We are 5 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street Station and 15 minutes walk from both Old Street and Liverpool Street Station.
Q: What kind of insurance do I need?
A: We need hired in equipment cover to the valuation of whatever you are hiring from us.
Q: How do I find out the valuation of the kit?
A: Ask us. Once we have a final list of kit for your job, we can let you know.
Q: Do I have to have insurance cover?
A: Yes. It’s for your own protection as well as ours and there are simple ways to get it.
